Gubana making course with tasting of 'Flaibani' wines and 'La Gubana della Nonna' sweets

Duration: about 3 hours (from 3 pm to 6 pm) This is a new way to experience something special and out of the ordinary where the main ingredient is...tradition. Imagine being at a shared table, talking with new people, discovering stories, recipes and enjoying the flavors of tradition amidst chatter and good company. To make everything even more special: a unique occasion when Bruna will talk to you about her family winery and her wine. The event is organized by La Gubana della Nonna and Bruna of Az. Agr. Flaibani. From 3 p.m.: Practical Gubana course, followed by a tasting, at the Gubana Café, of wines paired with La Gubana della Nonna's desserts.
