Transalpina/Trg Evrope: handing over the bid-book
Wednesday the 18th of December 2019 was a festive appointment in Piazza della Transalpina. The artistic director of the candidacy, Neda Rusjan Bric, and the coordinator of the candidacy, Vesna Humar, handed to the mayors of the municipalities of Nova Gorica, Gorizia and Šempeter-Vrtojba the “GO! Borderless " bid-book. As they pointed out, the book is the result of the hard work of the team members and of the external experts. Its content is the program and the vision of both cities and the whole area of the candidacy for the future.
The bid-book was sent to the Ministry of Culture in Ljubljana and the next step is the presentation to the International Committee of indipendente experts, which is to be held in February in the capital city. We keep our fingers crossed with the wish to move on to the second round in March!
