GO! 2025: the new website as an online point for the cultural life of Gorizia and Nova Gorica
Nova Gorica and Gorizia, who compete together for the title of European Capital of Culture for the year 2025, are also connected online.
A peculiarity of the new website www.go2025.eu is the overcoming of language barriers: in the pages the two Italian and Slovenian languages intertwine without the need for further clicks. Another novelty is the notice board for cultural events which includes appointments in both cities and their territories, which will be implemented with the future goal of creating a common events calendar and an information service to which everyone can contribute.
The GO!2025 Website also aims at the active involvement of visitors, as it allows you to publish your contribution and your vision of the cities and the joint candidacy in the What is Happening section using social networks with the hashtag # novagoricagorizia2025. On the page we also find the News to follow both the progress of the cross-border application and the joint cultural projects. We are waiting for your likes: follow us and tag us.
