"European Model of Society" Danilo Türk and Romano Prodi
Friday, 13 january at 6 pm, Romano Prodi, former Prime Minister of Italy and former President of the European Commission, and Danilo Türk, diplomat at the United Nations and former President of the Republic of Slovenia, will meet in Gorizia (University of Triest). Under the title "European Model of Society", they will discuss the challenges of cross-border cooperation.
The evening will be moderated by journalist Eva Ciuk. The meeting will be enriched by a theatrical and musical contribution by Teatro Miela Bonawentura with a performance by the cross-border accordion quartet 4 Bellows 4 Tales. Slovenian-Italian interpretation will be provided at the event.
The event is organized by the University of Trieste, project Caffè corretto scienza.
