GO! 2025 at the XXXV edition of the Turin Book Fair

GO! 2025 at the XXXV edition of the Turin Book Fair

The activity linked to Nova Gorica and Gorizia as European Capital of Culture 2025 will be the novelty that will characterise the FVG Region's presence at the 2023 edition of the Book Fair in Turin from 18 to 21 May.

Also for the XXXV edition of the Salone, the space reserved for the FVG Region will be located in the Oval pavilion of the Lingotto. One of the activities planned this year within the stand of the FVG Region will be the space dedicated to GO!2025, the European Capital of Culture that, in two years' time, will see the cities of Nova Gorica and Gorizia as protagonists. For this reason, it has been decided to set up a corner dedicated to the promotion of the event: during the four days of the fair, the public will be shown the approach to the event that in less than two years will characterise the cultural activity of Friuli Venezia Giulia. In this regard, on Saturday, starting at 5 p.m., at the stand of the Region, there will be an appointment entitled "Sharing the border" that will feature the Slovenian writer Bronja Zakelj and the Friulian author Mauro Daltin. The event has become part of the general programme of the Show and will therefore allow the large public present at the Show to learn about what is being done in anticipation of the launch of GO!2025.
