The European Capital of Culture Nova Gorica-Gorizia 2025 is present at the Turin Book Fair, which is taking place these days. Representatives of the EGTC GO and GO! 2025 will be meeting visitors to the fair at an information point located in the stand of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region. On this location, visitors to the Lingotto can be updated on the upcoming 2025 initiatives, and this is also the place for the start of a literary countdown that will culminate, next October, in the scheduled meetings at the Frankfurt Buchmesse, where Italy will be Guest of Honour.
In the meantime, tomorrow, Friday 10 May, at 11.30 a.m. in the Sala Rosa of the Lingotto, the event 'Vero, immaginato, verissimo. Pensare e narrare il confine" (True, imagined, very true. Thinking and narrating the border), will take place. The writer Federica Manzon, author of "Alma" (Feltrinelli) will talk with Giustina Selvelli, researcher at the University of Ljubljana, anthropologist and author of "Capire il confine" (Bottega Errante). The event is promoted with the Friuli-Venezia Giulia Autonomous Region and is dedicated to GO! 2025 - Nova Gorica-Gorizia European Capital of Culture, in the countdown to the inauguration scheduled for 8 February 2025.
