From 15 to 18 May, Cividale del Friuli hosts Mittelyoung, a festival celebrating the creativity of young people and the fresh energy of the new generations. An unmissable event that gives voice and space to under-30 talents, staging a selection of shows and performances that tell of the challenges, passions and visions of the world of youth.

Mittelyoung is much more than a festival: it is a platform for cultural expression involving young artists from all over Europe. Thanks to an Open Call that received 250 applications from 27 countries in 2024, it will close on 12 February 2025. The programme is full of innovative proposals ranging from theatre, music, dance and circus, all chosen by curatores under 30. In this space of growth and confrontation, participants have the opportunity to share their talents and stories, but also to enter into dialogue with curators, professionals and the public, creating a network of ideas and collaborations that go beyond the festival.
