Pelicon Brewery Beer and Golden Ring Cheese Tasting

Guided tasting and in-depth presentation of brewing, led by a brewer from Pelicon with guests from Golden Ring Cheese.

Welcome to the world where selected flavors meet local experience! On 21 February at 18:00, Rustjeva hiša kruha will present the harmonious combination of the best beers from the Pelicon Brewery from Ajdovščina and the exceptional Golden Ring Cheese from Sinji Vrh. Pelicon Brewery and Golden Ring Cheese have collaborated to offer a unique experience that will delight your taste buds. New and unusual combinations are a real delight for all food lovers. The combination of beer and cheese will offer a unique dining experience, explore local ingredients and present a new dimension of flavours. You will be presented with different levels of combinations: from more subtle ones, such as those between basic beers and well-known cheeses, to medium-intense combinations with complex beers and fine cheeses, to more intense pairings that occur between beers aged in whiskey barrels and unique cheeses aged for a year or more.

The price of the experience is € 35/person in advance and € 42 on the day of the event. Pre-booking is required at prostordozivetij@rustjevahisa.si or in person at Rustjeva hiša kruha. Groups are limited to a maximum of 25 persons.
