The 2025 edition of our regional assembly takes on the responsibility of making such an assertive statement with the aim of fostering discussion on a form of tourism that seeks to minimize negative impacts on the environment, culture, and society while simultaneously promoting fair economic benefits—both for the businesses that organize it and for the local communities involved—ensuring an authentic and respectful experience for visitors.

And we will do so from Gorizia, with Nova Gorica now in the spotlight as the European Capital of Culture GO!2025: a project that celebrates inclusivity and the breaking down of social and cultural barriers, the quality of life in a well-preserved and valued natural environment, and the ability to innovate with an entrepreneurial approach. This moment and mindset aim to develop the region as an emerging destination while also enhancing our already well-established tourist locations.
