Webinar GO! outdoor 2025

Invitation to online presentation of new tourism programmes.

Join us on 2 April 2025 at 19:00 for an online presentation of innovative tourism programmes, where we will explore new opportunities for cooperation and the development of sustainable tourism. We will focus on the integration of outdoor activities with cultural content that will shape the future of tourism beyond 2025.

Presentation topics:

• Trends in outdoor and well-being tourism: how new trends are influencing the development of the tourism offer and what to expect in the coming years.
• Cycling, running and hiking programmes: Presentation of programmes that bring cultural heritage closer to active visitors through experiences.
• Finding solutions to present cultural content to active visitors: How to combine sport and culture in a unique tourism experience?
• Discussion and cooperation: Possibility to link and build on the programmes presented with the participants.

Goriška, as the first cross-border European Capital of Culture, is an excellent starting point for the development of sports and cultural programmes. The region, sandwiched between the Alps and the Mediterranean, with its emerald Soča River, offers a unique backdrop for outdoor experiences. Together we will explore how to combine sports and cultural tourism into a sustainable and attractive offer.

Who is invited? The event is open to all interested parties and is especially aimed at:

• tourism providers,
• sports service providers,
• representatives of tourism development institutions (also from the Italian side).

The presentation will be moderated by Peter Dakskobler, a representative of Mad Mountain d.o.o., an expert in the field of outdoor tourism and the President of the Section of Tourism Service Providers at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Czech Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
