Rejected by her father because she is female, the newborn Atalanta, abandoned in the woods, is raised first by a bear and then by Artemis, goddess of the hunt. Having become a wild and formidable huntress, she swears to herself that she will never return to live among men, but the death of a friend will make her change her mind: her desire for revenge will lead her to live incredible adventures, to take part in enterprises and battles that are the prerogative of men only, to know and understand men and herself. Stefano Paradisi, on stage with the visual artist Massimo Racozzi, dramatically adapts Gianni Rodari's rewriting of the famous myth to tell with words, images and music a piece of the life of a teenager alone in a male world, human and divine, special and like so many others at the same time, unique and universal, a timeless heroine and a courageous girl of today, absolute master of her own life.
