Saturday 16 November 2024 at 10.00 a.m. at the Villa Russiz Foundation in Capriva del Friuli - Talk ‘Ungaretti and the border’ with Christian Sinicco followed by presentation of the Rilke Prize with the finalist Daniele Orso and the jurors Giuseppe Nava and Furio Pillan. Saturday 23 November 2024 10 a.m. 00 Sala Grotta of the Castle of Duino (TS) Award ceremony of the 4th edition of the Rainer Maria Rilke Prize in collaboration with the Municipality of Duino Aurisina - Občina Devin Nabrežina, Association Poiein, Duino Castle, the University of Trieste - Department of Humanistic Studies, Kärntner SchriftstellerInnenverband - Carinthian Writers' Association, with the participation of the jurors Professor Sergia Adamo, Professor Elisa Donzelli, Elisabeth Faller, Christian Sinicco, Senator Tatjana Rojc and Mary Barbara Tolusso for sections A and B, Giovanna Frene, Giuseppe Nava, Gabriella Musetti, Furio Pillan, Silvia Rosa and Alexandra Zambà for section C: Lifetime Achievement Award to Milo De Angelis. Section C Prize to Cinzia Colazzo with the collection Luce al neon in publication with Vita Activa Nuova..  Special Jury Mention - Section C to Domenico Ingenito with the collection La donazione. With the participation of the finalists: Roberto Ariagno and Pietro Masia.  Section B Prize to Maria Pia Quintavalla with the poem Come potere trattenerti. With the participation of finalists Davide Castiglione, Letizia Di Cagno and Marilina Giaquinta Cristina Micelli. Special mention of the Jury - Section A to Alberto Toni with Tempo d'Opera (Il ramo e la foglia edizioni 2022). The prize was awarded to Patrizia La Via. Announcement of the winner of the Prize from the finalist trio of Section A: Adrian Grima, Che farai al termine della notte (Mesogea 2024) with translator Virginia Monteforte; Luca Mozzachiodi, Tempo Stellare (Bertoni Editore 2024); Daniele Orso, Sommereise (Industria e Letteratura 2024).
