‘Rassauer: one restoration, two houses, many cultures, 1475 stories’

„Rassauer: ena obnova, dve hiši, številne kulture, 1475 zgodb"

Ends 2/22/2025

The walk is proposed to tell the story of Casa Rassauer and the twelve precious pettenelle (decorated wooden panels) found after the recent restoration of the building.

The initiative will be led by the architect Giulio Valentini, who will take participants on a historical tour of the exterior of the building, meeting at 11.00 a.m. in Borgo Castello 16.

The final stop is at the Bottega del Cappello in via Rastello 52, headquarters of Confcommercio Gorizia for the project La Via del BorGO as part of the PNRR Bando Borghi, where participants will be offered a hot tea.

Those who would like to admire the pettenelle can do so on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd February in the bookshop of the Palazzo Coronini Cronberg Foundation, at the following times:  10.00-13.00/14.00-18.00.

Reservations are not compulsory but recommended for the walk: viarastello52@gmail.com
