Can the idea that women have been considered physiologically deficient for centuries suggest anything to us?

The show starts from this question and presents texts that few people know: some of the most discriminatory, paradoxical, but also hilarious, writings of the last century.

Veronica Pivetti, a modern-day Mary Shelley, tells us about the only true, horrifying Frankenstein of modern history: the woman, through bizarre theories of science and medicine.

Joining her on stage is musician Anselmo Luisi, who will perform both old and new songs inspired by the female figure.

With this performance, enriched by delirious measurements of the cephalic index that Veronica subjects herself to with her usual irony, we’ll hit the peak of macho culture. A patient herself – because of a past depression – Pivetti doesn’t hesitate to share some personal stories with the audience and reminds us, in the words of Lombroso, that... ‘the male is a more perfect female’.
