Mala Gora Mountain Run A Challenge for the Toughest

Organized by ŠKTD Kamnje - Potoče since 2009, the Mala Gora Mountain Run is a popular event among Slovenian mountain runners, attracting both elite athletes and recreational runners.

The run starts in the village of Kamnje and finishes at the Mala Gora mountain hut (1,034 m). The challenging 4.8 km course features an 800-meter elevation gain, through a variety of terrains, mostly over forest trails and mountain paths. Four refreshment stations are set up along the route, and at the finish line, runners are greeted with a selection of delicious local treats.
