The Dwarf Karst is a family adventure in Štanjel in the Karst region, taking children and adults alike into the wonderful world of the Karst. The original story The Dwarves of the Karst by Uroš Grilc with illustrations by Zvonko Čoh is an ecologically conscious tale about how mischievous dwarves have led the inhabitants of Štanjel astray, where everything is turned upside down. In the Dwarf Karst, they have hidden the Karst seals and sprinkled dwarf spells all over the place. The Karst world is now no longer as solid as a stone, as tenacious as a storm and as colourful as a roar. The Karst needs help! And that's where imagination sets out on the very real path of stone and soil. The musical fairy tale The Dwarves of the Karst will be released on a new CD in the autumn, and will be told live at various events and performances in kindergartens and schools.

The Dwarfs of the Karst adventure starts in the parking lot of the post office in Štanjel.
