Blažič

The Blažič family cultivates 9 hectares of vineyards on the Slovenian and Italian sides of Brda. Their main focus is the sustainable production of grapes, which they process into wine in the cellar with as little intervention as possible. They produce white and red wines, with a particular emphasis on local white varieties such as Rebula, Sauvignonasso (ex Tokaj) and Malvasia. Spontaneous fermentations and macerations give the wines a distinctive terroir and vintage character. All wines can be tasted and bought at Blažič Farm.
