Movia's roots go back to the early eighteenth century. The estate covers 30 hectares. The majority of the 25 hectares are vineyards in the border zone between Slovenia and Italy, where the Goriška Brda and Collio wine-growing districts meet. The wines are produced in harmony with nature, and in 2004 Movia was awarded an organic certificate. Movia offers white and red dry wines produced without added yeasts, without filtering, with very low added sulphur.
