The Peršolja family farm is located in the village of Kozana, in the heart of the Brda hills. The marl soil and the strong sun, embraced by the Mediterranean winds in the hillside, are perfect for growing vines that reveal their soul in a glass of Peršolja wine. The vines are cultivated according to integrated production guidelines, taking time to harvest the grapes by hand and supporting the natural maturation of the must into wine in the cellar.
