WINE MAKING The people of Brda have a strong attachment to wine, as those without vineyards have at least a few vineyards near their house. They talk about wine, discuss and exchange experiences. Although this usually happens in the cellars at wine tastings, don't be surprised if they start talking about it at other occasions or gatherings. Vines and wine are the two greatest loves of the people of Brda. Vines and wine have also shaped the lives of several generations of the Šibav family. The hard work of father Oliv and mother Danica in the vineyard is continued today by their sons. The basis for the high and consistent quality of their wines comes from the year-round work in the vineyard, where they prune, bend and bind the vines, remove the rootstock and pick and sort the grapes by hand. Ensuring nobility and excellence in the cellar's wine-making comes from experience, trust in traditional methods and complementing them with new, modern processes. They are furnished in wood. They are also suitable for families with 2+2 children, as the sleeping areas are separated. Each room has a private bathroom, internet access, air conditioning, minibar with our wines and juices.
