Tavarneta Bistro Brda

The Bužinel rooms are located in Plešivo, next to the Bužinel Restaurant and above the Tavarneta Bistro. Restaurant Tavarneta Bistro is derived from the Brda word "taverna", a place where friends and relatives gathered in the past. The wall inside the bistro is decorated with a huge display case with hundreds of wine labels and a warm interior.  On warmer days, guests can sit outside on the terrace by the overflow pool with a wonderful view of the vineyards. For all wine lovers and bubble enthusiasts, we have a wide range of Brda and international wines (from Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne to Italy), accompanied by seafood and meat dishes.   Suitable for hen and stag parties, birthdays and wedding dinners. An overflow pool with beautiful views of the Italian Collio adorns the floor below the rooms. Three rooms have a balcony overlooking the gorgeous countryside. For those who love a good drop and exploring the quality fish and meat dishes, a table can be set at the Tavarneti Bistro, the Bužinel Restaurant or the Tavarneti Estate, a few metres away. If guests want to exercise and be active, we can arrange electric bike rental or send them to nearby Bosco di Plessiva. We also offer wine tasting on our estate from our wine cellar under the Bužinel brand, and if they want to meet other winemakers, we are happy to book a tasting elsewhere.
