The Borgovecchio Agritourism Lodging, 4 daisies, in Romans d'Isonzo is immersed in the rural village of Versa and maintains the rural atmosphere of yesteryear. It is an evocative dwelling rich in historical memories, which saw among other guests the poet Giuseppe Ungaretti during the Great War period. The old manor house, which has remained practically unchanged over the centuries (first half of the 18th century) dominates the folédor (granary/cellar), completely renovated with taste and love, and recently converted into cosy accommodation surrounded by mulberry and fruit trees. Sea, mountains and hills are the beautiful backdrops of a landscape rich in flavours and fragrances, not yet forgotten and still revived in these Central European lands.
