The apartment is close to all amenities such as supermarkets, bars, bakeries, chemists and ATMs. It is situated about 300 metres from the cycle paths and free beach, about 15 minutes from the town centre and 10 minutes from the marine thermal baths. There is a market next to the house every Saturday and a filling station about 100 metres away.
