The house converted into B & B "Civico 51" original of the 30s, now completely renovated is located in a quiet area on the north side of the city of Udine, between Chiavris square and Osoppo square. The location allows you to walk to the old town as well as the Civil Hospital, the Teatro Giovanni da Udine, the Palamostre theater and some universities. Nearby you can find numerous public exercises like newsagent, supermarket, bakery, patisserie, grill, bar, gas station and pharmacy.
The house is complete with a large garden and 3 private parking spaces available to guests. The room for breakfast is on the ground floor but for the guests of the triple room is also possible to have breakfast in the intimate hallway in front of the chamber.
