Urban Trend is a guest house located in two spacious and completely restored apartments, on the second floor of an ancient historic building from which the Italian historical figure Giuseppe Garibaldi spoke to the people. Urban Trend is located in the very centre of Palmanova (province of Udine, Friuli Venezia Giulia), north-east Italy. What is a guest house? It provides accommodation like a normal hotel with the only difference that a hotel has more rooms. --- Our guest house has 6 clean, comfortable rooms that offer all the services you would find in a 3 or 4 stars hotel: satellite TV, free wireless internet connection, air-conditioning, adjustable electronic heating, refrigerator and electronic safe. Among our optional services, we offer agreed prices with the Caffetteria Torinese café, winner for two times (in 2011 and 2014) of the “Best Bar of Italy” prize, gave by the prestigious Gambero Rosso Guide. Moreover, if you are pushed for time, there is a cafè next door that serves quick lunches. Our excellent central location is just minutes away from a variety of restaurants and pizzerias that offer generous meals, as well as shops for your purchases, with a good number of parking spaces nearby.
