In 1900 the Baron Leonahrd Bianchi starts the construction of 5 villas in the island of Grado, trusting and counting on the touristic development due to the increasing of the Austrian-Hungarian nobility and high middle-classes visits in Grado. And it wasn't a bad idea, in fact... At every tranfert of property, nobody has never changed the architecture and the main design of the 5 villas, keeping the liberty-style and renovating the interiors to go with the times with comfort and relax. * * * * ''Villa Marina'' in one of this 5 villas which, after a whole renovating, has opened its apartments to the guest to offer accommodation, quiet and relax with a quality of ''4 stars'' of comfort in the summer of 2004. The ''Villa Marina'' Residence has its own entrance and it is placed on the sea front, with the beach in front of. There are 12 apartments with different sizes and they have accomodations for people from 2 to 7 (persons) for apartment. The Villa has a lift and every family has its own park place, internal and reserved. Every apartment has valuable furniture and every kind of household appliance, so the guest can spend his holiday with tranquillity and relax his-self. Besides the Villa is placed in a pedestrian zone, out of traffic so the guest can enjoy of the wonderful sun of Grado, the Thermal baths and treatments, the therapeutic sand and the beautiful sea.
