Juices, syrups, sweet and savory spreads and sauces, pickled vegetables, dried fruits and more are created from under her hands. With her creativity, she respects the rich tradition of the Vipava Valley, while at the same time playing with special flavors that give her products a unique charm.
We prepare a comprehensive tasting experience for you. At the tasting, we will quench your thirst with juices and refreshing syrups and pamper you with sweet/savoury spreads and inputs in combination with cheeses, homemade bread, homemade meats, wild plants and fresh seasonal fruits of nature.
