Home Restaurant is a form of catering that takes place within the home and allows one's home to become a small restaurant where one can welcome friends or strangers.
The Home Restaurant offers perfect strangers the opportunity to taste local dishes, in my case from Friuli Venezia Giulia and Sardinia, in an intimate and familiar environment, just like at home! Unlike traditional restaurants, here you eat in a private dining room, furnished with care and attention to detail to create a warm and cosy atmosphere.
Being in a more intimate setting, you have the opportunity to get to know the chef and the other guests, sharing stories and perhaps learning a few culinary tricks. In short, a home restaurant is not just a meal, but a convivial and personalised experience that goes beyond just dining out.
