Ceglo

The village takes its name from a Roman brick workshop beneath the town, and it is famous for its restored Gradič palace.
Ceglo is named after a Roman brick workshop. It stood in a field below the village, today on the Italian side. The hamlet is given character by the restored Gradič, which consists of two parts. The first consists of a central part with a palace, a chapel and associated buildings, and the second of a lower part with a farm. It was formerly owned by the Codelli family of Mosse, but is now privately owned.
