The cultivation of vines and making wine is a solid family tradition spanning multiple generations.
"Number One", the first bottle of the Collio Consortium, was produced in our cellar and remains to this day a precious testimony of the long history of the estate as well as of the journey we have followed to achieve quality wine while protecting our land. Our history is the story of this land and its people, a meeting point of different cultures and traditions that have all blended together and are reflected in our wines, like the tiles of a mosaic, creating a personal and unique portrait of the territory of Collio. Among the indigenous grape varieties above all is Ribolla Gialla, which has been rediscovered and appreciated worldwide: the classic 'Think Yellow' version, or the Ribolla Gialla di Oslavia reserve.Today, father Silvan and his two sons Boris and Marko continue the family tradition on the farm with the same unstoppable passion, with the fifth generation of our family also joining them with curiosity and respect, in a continuous exchange of ideas across many generations.
