During osmica, our homestead offers dry-cured meats, walnut-filled rolled dumplings, home-pickled vegetables, bread baked in a wood-fired oven and Teran wine. You can also come taste our dry-cured meat specialties during the rest of the year at our tasting events – based on advance booking. We are proud of our dry-cured meat products and our Teran wine which wins awards almost every year. Our family tradition and close ties underpin our homestead’s activities.
