BETRIB – Festival of Industrial Culture celebrates Idrija’s industrial culture, strengthening the spirit of innovation and building camaraderie, while intertwining the old with the new. With a combination of talks, music, and installations, it highlights the elements that connect the past, the present, and the future. In parallel, regular activities take place at the 200-year-old Giser Mining House in Idrija, including workshops, lectures, masterclasses, and gastronomic and theatrical performances. All of this is aimed at transmitting the skills, knowledge, and lessons of the past into the future of the region.
