The mission of the GO! Film Office is to position the Goriška region on the global map of superb film destinations. Established in 2024, GO! Film Commission d.o.o., in collaboration with external partners, aims to attract and support international AV productions in the Goriška region. Rich in natural beauty and cultural heritage, this border region is every filmmaker’s dream, offering a diverse range of filming locations within a compact area throughout the whole year.
The establishment and operation of Slovenia’s first regional film commission will play a key role in driving the economic development of the Goriška region, fostering growth of the local film sector and related industries, and enhancing the region’s visibility.
