A digital storytelling route approximately 4 km long will be developed along the border from the Basaglia Park to the Transalpina Square, touching the Museum of Propusnica, the Smuggling Museum and the Museum of the Border, using a mobile app to narrate stories of people who have experienced the border. After a historical research on the events related to the border and its impact in the life of the population, the route will be structured to include mulimedial elements. The activities include the realisation of the voiceovers of the narratives in Italian, Slovenian and English; the design and production of the multimedia contents; the digital structuring of the route complete with the audio and multimedia contents created, which can be activated through geolocation at the points of interest identified along the itinerary. The project includes educational events for schools, with historical re-enactments to raise awareness among the new generations.
