Join us at the GONG ORCHESTRA concert, the first cross-border orchestra.

GONG ORCHESTRA is the first cross-border wind orchestra which brings together musicians from Italy and Slovenia. With them, the official anthem of the European Capital of Culture 2025, composed by local composer Vid Bavcon, will have its premiere on Friday, June 21st at 8 pm, in the beautiful setting of Piazza Sant'Antonio in Gorizia.

The first musical evening of the "Concerts under the stars" series will feature artists from Kreaktiv and dancers from the Pro DC dance school in Nova Gorica.

The concert will be held outdoors and free of charge.
The GO(d)BA 2025 project is financed by the European Union under the Small Project Fund GO! 2025 of the Interreg Italia-Slovenija Programme 2021-2027, managed by the GECT GO.
