The art beyond the visible

The Goriški muzej and its partners, as part of the exhibition project The Art Beyond the Visible, are preparing artworks adapted for visitors with visual impairments.

The Goriški muzej and its partners, as part of the exhibition project The Art Beyond the Visible, are preparing artworks adapted for visitors with visual impairments. For this aim, a replica of Zdenko Kalin's bronze sculpture Otroške igre V, Vrtenje (Children's Games V, Spinning) was created. Crafted by Luka Čerče and conservator-restorer Davorin Pogačnik, it made its debut during a guided tour tailored for the visually impaired at the Santa Chiara Museum in Gorizia.

Further replicas and models are underway, enhancing the upcoming exhibition and promoting the advancement of tactile art.
