RESIDENCE VILLA SUSY

Villa Susy Residence develops in a three-storey building originally of the year 1971 and completely renovated in the year 2011. It has been given the classification of 3-4 stars hotel. The residence offers to the guests a pleasant stay in the various apartments completed with every comfort. Guests will find the apartments clean and tidy, during the journey guests must take care and clean the apartments, for this purpose all apartments are equipped with the necessary cleaning materials. The structure consists in ten (10) apartments, completely furnished; kitchens are fully equipped also with dishwasher. Each apartment has one bathroom with shower, heating, air conditioning, satellite TV and Wi-Fi connection. For guests use there is also a laundry room, a private outdoor parking with a parking reserved to disabled. The central position of Residence Villa Susy turns out to be one of the most appreciated advantages, in fact it is located in the centre of Duino, on one side a few meters from the Castle and on the other side just a few meters from the beginning of the Rainer Maria Rilke panoramic path. The port of Duino is easily reachable in a few minutes walk, while the Sistiana Bay is only 1,5 Km far and is also accessible via the Rilke footpath. Trieste is 25 km far and it is well connected with frequent bus services. In Duino there are food shops, various bars, restaurants, pizzerias, tourist information office, post office, bank, pharmacy, medical clinic, clothing shops, bowling and pool. For nature lovers, from Duino there are many paths leading up the Carso, an environment of natural beauty between the sea and the Slovenian border, where it is frequent to see wild local animals such as deer and chamois.
