In Grado you can walk in the Parco delle Rose and take part in many cultural, sporting and other events.

Grado's Parco delle Rose was created in 1925, thanks to the unquestioned merit of the Poet Biagio Marin. At that time the writer was the director of Grado's A.I.A.T. (Tourist Information Agency) and thought that the town needed to be enriched with a green area: for this reason he designed the park.

Grado was a town with few shady areas: with the Parco delle Rose a green lung extending over 30 sqm was created.

The Parco delle Rose is close to the sandy shore of the new beach. During the hottest moments of the day here people find a cool area where they can relax.

Inside the Parco delle Rose, on the seashore, you can enjoy yourself at the Water Park.

The park is a meeting point for various generations and is the location of the many summer events that enliven the town of Grado.
