Villa Iachia is an 18th century historic house located in Ruda, just a few kilometers from the Roman city of Aquileia, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. For over 200 years the villa has belonged to the Iachia family, related to Italo Svevo. The complex, protected by the Fine Arts, is surrounded by a wide secular park and consists of the manor house, hosting the historic halls and cellars, and of rustic outbuildings.
Villa Iachia's doors are open for events, nature holidays, guided tours and educational activities, such as the educational farm.


The historic cellar is divided into three separate rooms for an area of more than 350 square metres. The barrel room retains the charm of the past with a rare clay floor, while the other rooms have been faithfully restored and are equipped with all the services to host events. The historic residence offers tours of the cellar and wine tastings.





The historic house offers: A guided tour of the villa and park, accompanied by the owners, with a chance to taste the wines and traditional local products of Friuli
