Passion, humility, courage and a strong link with the mountainous territory of Taipana, pushed Alessia Berra to start the Zore Farm from scratch in 2008.

To date, about 100 chamois goats from the Alps are bred here, living in a large stable and who, from May to October, are brought to pasture, where they can enjoy the nature of the territory and the outdoors.

The certified organic pastures are managed in rotation thanks to a mobile enclosure.
A technique that allows goats always to have fresh and abundant food available.
The processing of milk occurs by hand in the company dairy, where cheeses and other dairy products of high nutritional and organoleptic qualities are made.

All phases of the transformation of milk into cheeses, from processing to seasoning, are made manually without preservatives, thickeners and chemical additives. The store is open all year-round.

Products: Fresh and seasoned goat cheeses: formaggella, Zore latteria (milk cheese), stracchino, soft goat cheese, robiola, vegetable charcoal covoni. Fresh goat ricotta, aged and smoked. Yoghurt and goat kefir. Cured salami and goat sausage.  Elderberry syrup. Body cream, shower gel, hand cream and lip balm based on goat milk.
