The Like a Bird project addresses the needs of architectural education for young people. Young cross-border students, increasingly immersed in virtual reality, lack a complete understanding of urban spaces that could support their relaxation, creativity, or enjoyment.
The project envisions greater involvement of young people in creating a future vision of architectural solutions, enabling them through teacher training, pilot workshops, interactive dialogues, and interviews to increase their awareness of space and amplify their needs. In the first phase, trainings will be conducted for teachers, approximately 15 Italian and 15 Slovenian. In the second phase, 4 cross-border Playful Architecture workshops will be organized where a questionnaire will be developed to collect desired data from adolescents. The results of the questionnaires will lead to the realization of guided tours and creative workshops.
