Isolabs

NiANSA’s conceptual exploration of interactions between complex systems.

This Saturday, September 14, at a secret, intimate location in the northwestern Julian Alps, NiNSA initiative is organising an introductory Isolabs event, designed as a landscape of forensic exploration and dialogue. Participants will be able to attune themselves during the observation and study of surrounding landscapes, with a special emphasis on aural experiences. They will also be able to enjoy in local culinary flavours, inviting them to deeper their acceptance of the invisible, the overlooked and the unknown. Ambient sounds and soundscapes will be provided by Jan Jelinek, AGF, Saša Spačal, Primeiro, beepblip and QOA, while the space will be designed by Tilen Sepič.

The Isolabs project will explore the intertwining of art, science, technology, language, environment and local community in the area from the spring to the mouth of the Soča River. In a series of events, they will explore world’s complex systems by combining scientific research and conceptual art.
