March and Cleanup Campaign along the Soča River

The hike from Solkan to the Piuma Park will combine recreation, care for nature and getting to know the places in three languages.

On 10 May 2025 participants of all ages can choose from four hiking routes (3, 5, 8 or 11 km), walking from Solkan to the Parco Piuma-Isonzo. Along the way, they will collect litter and dispose of it in bins and ecological islands. Great prizes await the most active volunteers. A kayak competition will also be on show, with guides presenting the area’s main attractions in three languages.

The project is financed by the European Union through the GO! 2025 Small Project Fund of the Interreg VI-A Italy-Slovenia 2021-2027 Programme, managed by the EGTC GO.
