Fermentarium - set of fermentation workshops

Are you interested in how beer is made? At the workshop you can learn how to brew your own beer in a simple DIY way.

We will get to know different raw materials and preparation processes and find out some interesting facts from the colorful history of brewing. We will bottle the beer from the previous workshop and taste the beer from the first workshop of the beer fermentation set, we will identify the limitations and possible improvements of the chosen method. During the workshops, we will form a community that will be able to continue working in the Bio/n laboratory, searching for new and perfecting the selected procedures. In November, we will upgrade the workshop with the planning and development of a DIY brewery, which will complement the equipment and knowledge of the laboratory.

Workshop date: 8 November 2024 from 4pm to 8pm. Tasting from 5 p.m. onwards.

The workshop is free and suitable for participants of legal age.
