Paolo Vidoz, former bronze medalist boxer at the Sydney Olympics and European Heavyweight champion, has transformed his passion for cooking into a very characteristic 360° catering business. The tasty traditional dishes from Gorizia are offered on a seasonal basis: they are made with local products, many of which are km0 because they are grown and processed in the same garden as the farmhouse.
The service offered by the staff is informal, within a place that speaks of its owner in every furnishing and ingredient chosen for the culinary preparations.
The Agriturismo Alla Madonna has large external green spaces and decidedly unconventional interiors, where it is possible to admire the rural and working tradition of the Gorizia area thanks to the antique objects recovered and exhibited in the most disparate ways for the eyes of visitors.
