The Pixxelpoint International Festival of Contemporary Art Practices has a long tradition in our region and is the backbone of the GO! 2025 new media arts programme. Its multifaceted programme builds international bridges and addresses pressing twenty-first-century issues such as postmobility and digital knowledge exchange, supporting the emergence of new cultural values through the creation of sharing platforms and artistic laboratories for research and development.
Pixxelpoint aims to critically reflect and practically test new digital technologies such as virtual reality and artificial intelligence. In the framework of the ECoC programme, the festival looks outward, moving its productions to the cross-border region and bringing together producers and artists from different backgrounds and regions.
