Episkop: How Many Words Do We Know?

How many words do we know and which are common to all speakers of the Slovenian language?

In a panel discussion, experts from the fields of lexicology, psycholinguistics, and speech therapy will present Besedomat, a massive survey of the prevalence of Slovenian words that seeks to answer these questions, and they will also discuss how to incorporate the findings into clinical management of people with language disorders, head and brain injuries, identifying early signs of cognitive decline, etc.
