Roundtable on the topic of labour migrations that have characterized the Goriška region over the last 200 years.

Slovenian and Italian experts will share their perspectives on economic, social, political and cultural aspects of migrations. They will compare the analogies and differences of the movements in the long run according to the regional territorial varieties and the state borders.

Participants: Aleksej Kalc (ZRC SAZU), Javier Grossutti (university researcher, author of works on migration in the Friuli Region), Marko Klavora (Gorizia Museum), Irene Mislej (art historian, retired museum councillor).

The event is part of the EPISKOP project, which is part of GO! 2025 official programme.
