This year, the Park Hotel has become a true meeting point for art, as the interior of the hotel is enriched by a unique collection of more than 190 graphic works. This exceptional collection offers insight into the lives and creations of twenty-two Primorska and cross-border artists, who left an indelible mark in the world of graphic art between 1951 and 1989.

The exhibition holds special significance for our border region, as it highlights the cultural interconnectedness and the intertwining creative currents that have shaped both Primorska and cross-border artistic spaces. Here, at the crossroads of cultures, art serves not only as an aesthetic expression but also as a bridge between nations and historical periods.

The year 2025 carries a particularly symbolic meaning for Nova Gorica and Gorizia, as the two cities will jointly hold the prestigious title of European Capital of Culture 2025. The Park Hotel exhibition is a testament to the rich cultural heritage that connects the past and the future, reinforcing the importance of art as a key pillar of a shared European identity.

The exhibition is open every Wednesday from 5 February 2025 onwards, from 15:00 to 17:00.
