Workshop on reusing by-products in the kitchen.

On Thursday, 12 December, at 17:00, Xcenter will host a workshop entitled Manure = Gold.
The Bio/n Food of the Future Lab will host a workshop on the reuse of by-products in the kitchen, an important aspect of our food of our future. The workshop will be led by Vita Matjac from Floravita. The workshop will present and test creative ways to turn so-called waste into food. For example, date pits can be a great substitute for coffee. Find out what contributes to the amount of food waste that mostly occurs at home, what can we do to change this, which good practices can become part of our daily lives and how we can reuse we food by-products. Every step is important, every reuse is welcome.
The event is free for all participants.
Suitable age of participants: 14 years and above.
